Step 5 - Take one end of the belt in each hand. (The side that comes out on top should be in your right hand.) Cross the right-hand end over the left, then bring it up through the hole.* Pull the knot tight.
Tip: For these instructions, we decided to photograph Shihan putting on his teaching belt because of the different colors on each side. You can also watch for the tag to help you figure out which end is going where.
